Vast - Oklahoma City: Elevate Your Dining Experience in the Clouds

Great food, good price for an upscale buffet (lunch), great experience even though we were eating in the clouds. The elevators goes directly to VAST (there are others that go to other locations. The doors to the VAST elevators do not open until the restaurant opens. Signs are easy to follow. Parking it to the right as you head toward the back of the building if you are self-parking for lunch. Loved the corner table. The menu changes each week but there will definitely be something for everyone as there were multiple meat options, salad, sides, charcutier, and deserts.

Overall experience was excellent. The food melted right in your mouth and it was the best thing I have ever eaten. The staff is very welcoming, and the chef did a fantastic job.

I have had terrible “fine dining” experiences in the past to where the food was horrible and not worth it at all at other establishments, but Vast is incredible and changed my mind completely! We got the 5-course dinner and each and every course was perfectly splendid! The Spiced Seared Strip Steak was life changing and very delicious. My palate was jumping for joy over and over again. I give this establishment 24 claps and 8 Ric Flair Woo’s!

The views alone are worth it, but the food is next level, I went for a nice anniversary dinner with my wife, and the staff were incredible, very friendly and courteous.. we had a nice glass of wine and some steak, cooked exactly as requested and our server waited until we checked our food was cooked properly.. also as they served us a complimentary dessert as a anniversary gift.. exceeded my expectations and more!! Definitely recommend you try it out, the views, the service and the food altogether make it for an amazing evening!!

Vast has amazing views and excellent service. The staff were all pleasant and efficient. The bread and sides were all good, but the steak was disappointing. Ordered medium NY strip. One half was on rare side and the other on the well done. Someone visiting might enjoy the view, but that's where it ends.

We had the lunch buffet and it was very good. The shrimp and Poblano grits were amazing. I think they was my favorite part of the meal. The creme brulee was also pretty amazing. Highly recommend.
